CHOIR REHEARSALS (only November through April) are each Sunday at 9:00 AM
During the winter season with so many of our winter residents present we seek to have a choir with regular rehearsals. May through October we try to have other special music each Sunday. Come and share your musical talent with us.
BIBLE STUDY
The Bible Study group meets Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM. The topic an "Invitation to John" was completed on March 24. A new study will be announced shortly.
Come join us for coffee, snacks, and fellowship in the Fellowship Hall at 9:30 AM each Sunday before service.
August 8: Council Meeting after service; SHARE orders due today.
August 10: Bible study, Genesis, at 10:00 AM; Kids Klub at 9:00 AM.
August 15: Pot Luck lunch after service.
August 28: SHARE orders delivered to Church.
August 29: Fifth Sunday - Children's Home offering
The Council has established a Building Fund to provide for maintenance of the church and its properties, and a Paint Fund to defray the cost of painting the church. Donations to these funds are greatly appreciated.
As part of its outreach program, the church is accumulating boxes containing a two day emergency food supply for a family of four. A flyer describing the program and a list of the food to be contained is on a table in the Fellowship Hall beside an example of such a box. The boxes will be stored in the Pastor's office to be available for donation to needy families as the occasion arises. You are asked to pick up a flyer and a box, and as circumstances permit, fill the box and return it to the Fellowship Hall. The need has recently increased, so your donations are urgently sought.
